What we collect
- Website addresses you check, and the public scan results for those sites.
- Purchase details, when you buy a fix kit: your email address, the website, a copy of the report you bought, and the payment and delivery status. Stripe handles card details; we never see your full card number.
- Usage data collected by our analytics provider: pages you view, clicks, errors, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Cookies and similar storage, described below.
How we use it
- To run checks and show reports.
- To process payments and deliver the fix kit, including the delivery email.
- To keep Dedica secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
- To understand how Dedica is used and improve it.

If you are in the EU or UK, we rely on these legal bases: performing our contract with you (reports and purchases), our legitimate interests (security, improving the service), legal obligations (tax records), and your consent where the law requires it. We do not send marketing email.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run Dedica:
- Stripe processes payments.
- Resend delivers the email with your fix kit link.
- PostHog (EU hosting) provides product analytics.
- Our scanning provider receives the website addresses you submit so it can check them.

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

You can delete cookies in your browser settings. Deleting the unlock cookie means you will need the link from your delivery email to reopen a purchased report.
How long we keep it

Your rights
