• A question about a score, a finding, or why a check passed or failed for a specific domain.
• A bug report on the site, the scan, or the fix kit you received after checkout.
• A correction: if a scan of your own site looks wrong, include the domain and, where you can, the specific check name from the report.
• Billing questions about a fix-kit purchase, including the email address used at checkout and, if you have it, the Stripe checkout session ID from the confirmation.
• Anything else about Dedica that isn't covered by the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.

This address is read by the person who runs Dedica, not a ticketing queue, so expect a direct reply rather than an automated one.
